Attention AQHA Owners:
When AQHA created the Introductory Show program last year, many of you asked us to offer AQHA approved classes as part of our horse show series. We applied for approval for the May 9th & 10th weekend with Lynn Palm. As part of the approval process, the official state affiliate (Empire State Quarter Horse Association) ultimately has the final say on whether or not to approve new show dates. We found out in February that they denied our request, making it impossible for us to offer you the chance to participate in AQHA approved classes in a fun, comfortable and not intimidating setting. We still do not know why, as they have not responded to our requests for a reason. If you would like to see AQHA approved classes at future Winning Weekends Horse Show Series events, please contact ESQHA directly and let them know. You can email them at esqhaweb@esqha.org
